"Hi, my name is Mariela, I’m a nursery and obstetrics student, I have the chance to be part of the PACE CORE program, this program has given me incredible and unimaginable experiences. I had the chance to participate on the “San Miguel Seguro” 5th anniversary and it was grate heartwarming to me that children and old people in a family may have interest of learn how to save a life, it was exciting to be on a city where you can breathe tranquility, union and hospitality, there was people that even when they didn’t know us they trusted on us and in our abilities and skills, those that make us unique. After that we had an event on Queretaro which was a tremendous success and adventure, on this course we teach midwives and I took the compromise to be an instructor, it was satisfactory to me because the people who received this training are filled of histories and moments and overall of experiences that was awesome to share, but the most interesting and relevant is that we learn from them too, they have a lot of thing to share, things that are unknown to us and that few people talk about, sometimes it can be easy to talk write about this experiences and adventures but only those who dare to live them discover the feeling that comes after a “thank you”, a tear filled look or a wise words song… This is where you realize that this life is full with purposes and being humble is the purpose that helps to share knowledge, both teacher and student can cooperate to make this planet better, when you are o this side you realize that life is full of surprises, challenges, adventures and only those who live it may put limits on it… Being different is that characteristic that distinguish us, where are change people, people looking to change our society. I invite you ti be part of this histories, this family, because even when we don’t share too much time, we all have the same goal and that is why we keep a solidary and respectful enviroment ”

"PACEMD is a platform where instructors can get integral projection, it strengthens their administrative and teaching skills, as well as the different interaction areas, and this helps to improve the links between prehospital and hospital environments and between different hospital areas and specialties”

“PACE strives to improve global health via a cooperative, community approach. Particularly in rural areas, there may be gaps in health care that result in disparate morality rates. By providing training in life and obstetric support, as well as other courses that enhance the knowledge base of health care providers, PACE positively impacts the well-being of patients. This unique approach advances acute care across Latin America”

“As a member of the PACE advisory board, I would like to briefly describe why PACE is one of the largest contributors to emergency medicine not only in Latin America, but worldwide. Since its inception in 1997, PACE has successfully filled the gap in knowledge of emergency care by teaching physicians and other health care providers by innovative ultrasound programs, airway management skills programs, advanced medical life support programs, and our hallmark advanced life support for obstetrics program. PACE has also recently rolled out an innovative austere and disaster medicine program. Our courses have been taught throughout Mexico, as well as Panama, Cuba, Colombia, Ecuador, Argentina, and even the Philippines, France, and the United Arab Emirates. Our efforts have been recognized by the International Federation of Emergency Medicine, the American College of Emergency Physicians, the Ashoka Fellow Initiative, and many other global medical organizations”

Why I am a PACE CORE? Because being part of the PACE team changed my life, being in PACE is synonymous of overcoming and growing, not only intelectual but personal, I am in PACE because here i have learned that I'm capable of many thing that I didn't even imagine, and thanks to the support I have received, I have won not only emergency management knowledge, that has an incredible impact on the community, but to see that boundries are wherever I put them and that teamwork is the key to advance, I have foun a great team in PACE, but more than that, a family. I'm here because I'm proud of belonging to the PACE family. ¿Why I am in PACE CORE? To keep growing and contribute to make the company grow even more. To me, PACE CORE members are a new generation of proactive students, agents of social transformation, that good leaded can transform peoples lives, no only when helpíng a women to deliver a baby, or while treating a person with cardiac arrest, but when teaching others in medical emergencies management we become indirect responsible for the lives that they save, now, I imagine a chain where we don´t only teach providers but other instructors too, instructors that will be capable of spread the information, that changes lives, and I want to be part of that, I'm here to contribute with the PACE projects development, projects where I grow, but most importantly, the Community wins.

Its a placer to be part of this big project called PACEMD which goal is to break barriers and create new horizons in a world that has lost the ability to stop and watch the daily wonders. The knowledge is, in the medical and non-medical area, the most powerful weapon against many of the biggest mistakes made along history, this is way i trust in those who go beyond gaining knowledge and practice, and even better, they fight to share it. I congrat and applaud Dr. Haywood's trust, a trust that he spreads among every believer of the idea that we don´t need to be many to dream, and it only takes a few dreamers to create and innovate. We have joined to many of the social responsable enterprises and without a doubt we have a lot to go trough, but as long as there is people looking to change attitudes and be part of this transformation, it won´t be unbreakable barriers.

“As a private equity group and social impact investor I see a lot of different programs around the world. Lots from NGO’s to other private and some public-private partnerships. I have to put PACE in the top 3 of the programs that I have personally witnessed. It has all the fundamental elements of a quality program that causes real measurable results. It is led by a passionate visionary who has put his life into this program in every sense of the word. It is a pleasure to work with them and see the results”Mark A.
